THE TRIP
17:57
From work, I went to Robinsons Manila to ride the UBE Premium Bus parked outside its Pedro Gil wing. Passengers will be dropped off at NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 4 for a promotional fare of Php 150.00. According to their call center personnel, the bus leaves every two hours. I missed the 4:00 pm bus so I had to wait for the next bus to leave at 6:00 pm. The bus attendants allowed me to leave my luggage while I roam inside the mall. They also allowed passengers to stay inside the bus. The bus was spacious, clean, cold, and had free wifi. The bus left a few minutes before 6pm. I will write a separate post for my review since this was the first time I tried the UBE bus.

19:03 The bus dropped passengers off at Terminals 1 and 4 before heading to Terminal 3. The bus driver who dropped us off at the arrival area of Terminal 3 advised us to enter the arrival area and use the elevator to go to the departure area. I met my friend, LesLo, after checking in my bag with Cebu Pacific. She was supposed to fly to Mactan at 6:00 am but her flight was rescheduled to 4:00 pm. I told her to rebook her flight to 9:00 pm instead so that we will have the same flight.
21:10-22:30 Flight from Manila to Mactan, Cebu.
23:15 Hotel Cesario, our hotel in Mactan, had a free airport pick-up service, which we availed. Upon arrival in our hotel, we took our keys and dragged our bags to our room. We were surprised to see lots of small moths inside! We asked to be transferred and the receptionist gave us a room on the second floor. I’ll write a separate post for my review but for now I’ll give them a 2.5 out of 5 rating. Accommodation: Php 1,207.90.

THE EXPENSES
My fare from the UBE bus is excluded in the computation below. Though I did not pay for our accommodation, I included it below for future reference.
