Where to eat in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte: Saramsam Ylocano Restaurant

Saramsam is the in-house restaurant of Balay de Blas Pensionne House and the entrance is located inside it. Upon entering the restaurant, I instantly liked its ambiance. It was very homey and showcased Filipino culture by displaying traditional Filipino objects. There were also private spaces and table settings for a more intimate dining experience. The food was delicious and it could feed 2 to 3 persons per plate. The price was affordable considering that it is a nice restaurant. We ordered Ylocano dishes but they also offer pizza and pasta.
